It is an upscale, well appointed accommodation offering a designer touch that includes excellent furnishing and top-quality amenities. It is decorated with a Palm Theme throughout. The Villa has 5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people, Kitchen with all utensils, Laundry Room with onsite laundry facilities. All towels, dressing gowns etc provided. Large outdoor swimming pool which can be heated for $15-20
per day and can be lit up at night for that midnight swim.
The estate has a large communal pool, basket ball and tennis courts along with a childrens play area - all free for guests staying at the villa. Most villas are either rental homes or permanent residences keeping the area clean and quiet.
Your stay at the villa is managed by AA Sun Management when you rent the villa so there is always someone not far if you need help or advice.
Eating Out
There is a near by supermarket that stocks all the necessary supplies but if you are looking to eat out there are plenty of places to eat out just around the corner on Hwy 92. From fish restaurants to steak houses to eat as much as you like Pondorosas. You will never go hungary in Orlando.

The villa is located 10 minutes from the main Disney Parks and 20mins to Universal Studios by car. Busch Gardens with the new Shakira 200ft roller coaster is around 45mins drive. Whatever you want to visit this villa is perfect to hire as you never have to travel far.
